The club offers a number of intra-club competitions each year. Competitions are part of the
learning process.
Experienced judges critique the entries, pick winners and
those for
honorable mention. Normally there's
time to talk with the judge
afterward if anyone has additional questions that would help in the learning process.
Print of the Year: All First, Second, and Third place entries are eligible to compete in this competition held in December. It must be the same
print which was
entered during the year, it cannot be reprinted.

| August 27th | "People" - (photos may be individual portraits or groups, people at work or play, action, etc.) | |
| September 24th | "Macro/Close-ups" - (subject should be no larger than 8" x 10") | |
| October 22nd | "Landscapes/Cityscapes" | |
| December 5th | Christmas Luncheon and "Print of the Year Competition" (POTY) |
